Valdosta Now Open For Business

Steeda’s 100,000 square foot facility in Valdosta, GA. The brand new, industry leading and state-of-the-art expansion of Steeda’s performance operations, is now open and operating! This all-new facility, situated on a vast 35 acre campus in Valdosta Georgia, will ultimately be the home of our engineering, manufacturing, vehicle modification, and distribution facilities. Considered by many who have seen it to be a new benchmark for the performance industry, it is the ultimate performance facility in the business – you wouldn’t expect anything else from Steeda!

The cornerstone of this expansion is the all-new 100,000 sq. ft. facility that will take care of the engineering, manufacturing, and distribution side of the business. Following a formal groundbreaking on February 15, 2008, the building was constructed in record time and provides Steeda with a distinct competitive advantage when compared against our rivals. Having all of the vast Steeda facilities under one roof affords us the advantage of improved engineering and manufacturing process flows as well as quicker internal departmental interactions. With a modern setting that houses the latest state-of-the-art CNC machines, engineering equipment, manufacturing tooling, distribution facilities, and office equipment/computers, there is no doubt that Steeda Autosports is 100% committed to deliver on their commitment to provide you our customer the best products and service possible.

Outdoors, to take care of the vehicle dynamic side of the business will be a comprehensive vehicle dynamic testing facility that will feature a challenging test track featuring a 1.2 mile road course, skid pad, slalom course and brake test area. The test track will have a variety of road surfaces to aid in the development and prove out process for future Steeda vehicles and parts in terms of performance, noise, vibration and harshness. The nearby drag strip, South Georgia Motorsports Park, is a new, world-class facility that will be utilized for additional extensive vehicle testing and product evaluation.

In addition, this expansion provides for an exciting opportunity for Steeda Autosports to partner with Georgia Tech and Valdosta Technical Institute to take our manufacturing and engineering processes to the next level as we continually evolve and develop our products to always be the very best available.

Bottom line: This massive corporate expansion delivers a win-win situation for our customers and Ford Motor Company as we will continue to be the leader in the world of high performance vehicles, parts, and accessories for Ford vehicles.
