A triumphant trio of Ford Divisions (Motorcraft, Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, and FordParts.com) have been working on something sweet.  Something to really sink your teeth into.  Something to get everyone even more excited about the return of the 5.0 in the 2011 Ford Mustang GT.  In case you’ve been under a rock, the 5.0 of tomorrow is a tweaked-out V8 pumping out 412 hp & 390 ft-lb of twisty torque; plenty to bring smiles about, especially since the car is also able to achieve a class-leading highway fuel economy rating of 25mpg.

The name of the game: The “Mustang 5.0 Fever Sweepstakes”, brought to you by the Ford Customer Service Division.

The object of the game:  Be the lucky man or woman to get your paws on a brand new 2011 Ford Mustang GT, equipped with a plethora of goodies from Ford Racing and Ford Custom Accessories.

What else is involved in the ‘stakes?  Every time a Ford Funny Car driver wins a NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series in 2010, one lucky winner will be handed a Ford Fan Bonus prize, ranging from autographed merchandise, apparel, and more.

How does one play?  NHRA fans can enter to win the 2011 Mustang GT during the Mustang 5.0 Fever Sweepstakes (which is already underway) through November 23, 2010.  Entrance forms are available at the Motorcraft/Quick Lane Racing Experience NHRA display at selected races throughout the season.
