It seems like everyone is gearing up with plenty of anticipation for the Ford Mustang one-off extravaganza this year (as expected) at the SEMA 2013 show. Just ahead of the show’s coverage, however, we wanted to show you something that particularly caught our Mustang eye…a Shelby GT500 wagon. Yes, you read that right.
Strand Craft, a builder of super yachts, has taken on the task of putting up the bragging rights for a Shelby GT500 with its very own vast cargo hold. The guys over at Autoblog caught wind of this, and tasked their talents to render up what this car is aimed to appear as, in the photo included here. “When” is the only question we have left to answer–and that’s easy enough–April 2014. Funny thing, that; the 50th Anniversary of the Ford Mustang just keeps getting better and better…

Wow. That’s the most pitiful Photoshop job I’ve seen published in a looong time. Looks like a toddler drew it with a crayon.
That is just wrong. And butt ugly….
Looks more like the beginnings of a hatchback than a wagon.
Better idea; fastback GT500
