The 2009 Ford Mustang is back in the battle…well, another battle aside from the looming pony car war.  This time, the “Warriors in Pink” package for the S197 Ford Mustang is going to do double damage.  The last time we saw the Pink Ford Mustang, Ford shelled out $250 to the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure—now, they’ve upped the ante to $500 for each “Warriors in Pink” Mustang sold.

Recently spotted at the 2008 New York International Auto Show, this concept of this Pink Mustang package has allowed Ford to contribute over $95 million to many organizations focused on breast cancer research and education.
