 Mustang is the Official SEMA Vehicle of the Show for this year, a fact not lost on the design engineers of Classic Design Concepts, Walled Lake, Mich.? Working with Solutia Automotive of St. Louis, Mo., a full-length glass roof has been designed and installed to create the CDC Glassback Mustang Show car.? Combined with a new chin spoiler, grille, rear spoiler, C-pillar scoops and a hood scoop system, all designed by CDC, the Glassback Mustang is slick, clean and open to the skies.

The addition of the Solutia Vanceva Secure laminated glass roof makes this a one-of-a-kind vehicle.?
How exciting is the Glassback?? Exciting enough to have been given prime display space in Ford?s own corporate booth at the SEMA Show, Nov. 2 ? 5, 2004, Las Vegas.?? The car joins an elite list of CDC cars and trucks that have received similar honor.? Former recipients include CDC?s 2001 Shaker Mustang, 2003 Lincoln LSE and the 2004 F-150.
CDC restyling components for the new 2005 Mustang will be early next year, joining the company?s extensive catalog of Mustang components that already includes light bars, power fuel doors, side exhaust systems, grilles and emblems, hood scoops, trim panels, chin spoilers, side scoops, speedster tonneau covers and ram air shaker systems.
The Glassback Mustang and other Classic Design Concepts show vehicles, including the Plum Crazy Magnum, C5 Corvette and Stainless F-150, will be on display throughout the SEMA Show in the Restyler and Accessories Center booth No. 11430.
CDC will feature six 2005 Mustangs at the SEMA Show, 2 of which are owned by CDC, a Sonic Blue and a Touch Red one with a silver stripe.? They have also sponsored product on Several other 05?s including KAO?s Silver 05 which will be featured in the Goodyear booth, Tiger Racing, Paul?s High Performance and MRT?s 05s? that will be featured in the Ford Corporate Booth.
KAO?s Silver 2005 will feature CDC?s Glassback Roof System, Chin Spoiler, Hood Scoop, custom Glassback floor mats and rear deck spoiler.
Tiger Racing?s 05 will feature CDC?s Glasback Roof System, Chin Spoiler, Hood Scoop, Custom Glassback Floor mats and C-pillar Scoops.
Pauls High Performance vehicle be equipped with CDC?s Side scoops and spoiler.
MRT?s 2005 Mustang will feature the CDC?s Glassback roof, Chin Spoiler, C-Pillar Scoops, and Rear Deck Spoiler.
All sponsored products are targeted for a Spring 05 release from CDC.
