I'm from Arlington Heights Illinois. Suburb of Chicago.
2000 GT
Only mod so far is the Pro 5.0 Short Throw Shifter....BBK CAI has been ordered but is on back order for 2 weeks 
Where would you guys recommend getting aftermarket parts from around here? I've looked online and also one of my friends recommends texasmustang.com Car Domain Site  |

What do you think of the shifter?
Couple things I would change in my 2000 are the shifter and going to a non-powered front seat (if the non-powered types sit lower and are more comfortable). |

Just moved from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in Canada..
I drive an '02 Mineral Grey GT... Probably the only car in OH with Saskatchewan plates..

Here in Illinois, right across the Mississippi from St. Louis. I just recently purchased a 1998 silver convertible and love it. My first car was a 1966 coupe, and my only brand new car was my new Mustang in 1979. So after my son crashed and burned my Blazer, it was time to get what I really wanted. My 17 year old daughter especially loves the car.
