I got one. A few, well more than few years back, I was on my way home. I worked for a hospital at the time. Seven days a week twelve hour days It was seven on and seven off work schedule. I get home on my last day of work and I am beat I am so tired I am at that point were everything bothers you. Anyway I get home and a friend calls me and tells me to meet him in Nashville and I can crash at his place.

I just grab some clothes and head out. There is a checkpoint on the outskirts of town about six patrol cars. So as I pull up this grossly overweight deputy ask me how much I had to drink? Granted I looked like I been beat with a belt but that was due to work. I told him none but he didn't believe me so he told me to get out of the car now! He must had been the one drinking that night, I was in full whites, wearing a lab jacket, stethoscope around my neck with my employee badge from the HOSPITAL! It was in August so I wasn't going to a Halloween party.

By this time I am beyond mad. I asked does a drunk usually dress like this Barney? Oh he didn't like that at all and starts yelling at me. His supervisor or the sheriff comes over and takes one look at me and said sir you are free to go.

I didn't know they still allowed checkpoints anymore because of crap like this? At least that's what I thought since I haven't seen one since I was like 3 years old.

Still have checkpoints here.... as a matter of fact, my buddy and I went through one 3 times in a row at 3am. We were bored.

We had a story setup the first time. An officer came to each window and talked to each of us seperately.

"You boys been drinking any alcohol tonight?"

Do you think we would have driven through the checkpoint if we had?

"What do you mean?"

Well, we could see the flares and lights from a mile away, if we were guilty of anything we would have taken Rouse Rd right around you guys. It's only a block over.

"What are you boys doing out this late?"

Just got back from a late movie.

"Oh, yeah, what did you go see....."

(Damn didn't think that far into our little story. Running through movies in my head as was my buddy. Man this guy's being a Jack...) JACKASS! Yup, just got done watching JackAss The movie!

"interesting seems like everyone coming through here tonight just watched that."

We drove off yelling JACKASS, JACKASS......
