Here is one where a friend and I snuck out onto the lawn in front of the Naval War college and snapped a few quick pics.
One cool thing about this pic is that there are actually two Mustangs in the picture. Since I had a significant amount of time as an enlisted sailor prior to my commission I am considered a "Mustang" officer. Maybe that is the reason I like these cars in particular and Fords in general so much. |

When I was in St. Louis and going to Gateway every week my 12 second car was slow compared to the majority of cars I saw. Now that I am in New England (Newport, RI) I can only find a few fast cars, and one is a new GT500. Oh well, I will be going to Texas next year. I hear there are some serious cars in South Texas. I hope so. |

She always takes a backseat to the turbo car but I think she deserves to be in this thread. |

Tom | Yeah thats the plan for next year. It started doing that after I put in a 3 link rear and watts link. |

When I got done I left the shocks unhooked , the springs out and the sway bar off with a jack under the rear and the rear would articulate like a rock crawler. Big difference from the four link for doin the twisties. |

A smaller front swaybar would help plant that inside tire too. But that may not be what you need. Evolution makes some good stuff. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
