When I got my car off the dyno the other day I noticed it wouldn't go in first gear. Then it wouldn't go in 3rd or 5th either without popping out. Upon returning home to my relief I found the stop on the shifter had just come loose. So I tightened it and continued driving. Then it came loose again.
So I tighten it and a lil later it comes loose again.
So this has become a normalcy for the pony. Why won't it stay in there!! Do you think it broke a bolt or something on the dyno. These damn shifter stops have been quite an annoyance. I'm thinking about putting the short throw that came with the transmission back on so I don't have to worry about the "adjustable stops" The way they are set on it right now are pretty far back anyway. It's like not having a short throw at all anymore.
