Tuning Problem

I have a 94 with a blower, 30 lbs injectors, Pro-m maf, Aeromotive adjustable fuel regulator and I have a little problem with it. As I am driving the car, at different speeds sometime the car will start to buck and hesitate and the check engine light will flash, but not stay on. Also sometimes at wot, then getting off Wot and pressing the clucth, the car will shut off, this also happens when coming to stop signs sometimes, the car will shut off. I scan the car for codes and came up with nothing. But when I Did a KOER running test with the scan tool, it came back with both O2 sensors having a lean code witch where 136 and 172. Seeing if anybody had the same problem or they know what it is.
