Can the throwout bearing be lubricated properly from the outside of the transmission?

normally release bearings are sealed units and cant be lubricated i believe. if yours is making a noise it may be time to replace it

They are hydraulic and can't be lubricated.
Mine was making noise so I installed longtube headers, an offroad H pipe and magnaflows.
What throwout bearing noise?

As mentioned, they are sealed and not lubricated, but your attitude is right on, always ask for correct lubrication for any part that you're not sure of.
