Bassani c/b vs. MAC c/b

Both 3"....

My buddy and I are thinking about trading...Which sounds better? I know Bassani is better quality performance is equal. It will be mounted to an x-pipe, so which do you all think sounds better?

I personally like the nascar/exotic sound...
