| | | Vid of me at track
This wasnt my fastest pass of the day but its the only one I have on vid. On this vid its the first time I tried a 2nd gear burnout and as you can see I was a noob. I got it down by the end of the day. Here are my bests
RT: .001
60': 1.712
MPH: 103.33
ET: 13.432
X Pipe, Magnapack CB, 410's, Sportline Springs, 15" MT DR's What do you all think. With a few more passes I will have 13.2's with basically stock suspension, really worst than stock http://s56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...beneddie-1.flv |

Like I said before I am afraid to launch it hard. I still have stock axles and am broke for a while I gotta do a clutch too so i will be running on street tires for a while. I wanna get my street tire 60' time down around 1.9-2.0 |

I've heard by many that a couple tenths in the beginning can be worth double in the end. Last time I was at the track, if I was able to hit the 1.9 60ft I got on my first 13.9 pass, it would have run atleast 13.7 on street tires.
Low to mid 13's sounds nice especially with no change except for better tires. |

Couple of things...
First, nice times. It didnt sound like you were babying the car, but you could have launched harder for sure and cut the time down a little more. I know exactly how it is though cause my 2nd time at the track I used DR's and didnt launch hard cause I didnt want to break anything.
Second, both of your cars sound sick!!! That re-instills why I always wanted Magnapacks... |
