Well no dyno information, which would be much better but here is a little comparison:

BOLD shows the advantage to each compared to the other.

AFR CNC 205------------------------------------------------------ Trickflow CNC 205

Airflow Chart for Track AFR 205 Heads:

Lift Value (in.) - Intake Flow - Exhaust Flow

Inches - CFM - CFM

0.200 - 141 - 125
0.300 - 201 - 180
0.400 - 251 - 211
0.500 - 291 - 225
0.550 - 301 - 228 (TW info not given)
0.600 - 306 - 231 (Exhaust Tie)
0.700 - 310 - 235

Airflow Chart for CNC Ported 205cc Track Heat Heads:

Part Number: TFS-51400010-C02

Inches - CFM - CFM

0.100 - 071 - 056
0.200 - 144 - 112
0.300 - 220 - 150
0.400 - 270 - 192
0.500 - 299 - 220
0.600 - 316 - 231

AFR 205:

205cc Head, 58cc, 2.08”/1.60” Valves, 1.550” Roller Dual Valve Spring w/ dampner (.670”), 10* locks, 7/16” rocker studs, no smog provisions. $1,850.

210# of spring pressure and 70cc exhaust port.

Valve Angles: 23* for Intake and Exhaust.

Trickflow 205:

205cc Head, 65cc, 2.02"/1.60" Valves, 1.460", Dual Valve Springs w/ dampner (.600”), 10* locks, 7/16” rocker studs, no smog provisions, and not machined for o-rings. $1,990.

66cc exhaust port.

Valve Angles: Intake is 15* and Exhaust is 17*.

Looks like a nice even match to me...the Trickflow has the intake side 'won' and the AFR has the exhaust side 'won' (maybe a bit better for expending the compression for boosted application) and save $140.
