Chris - The AFR flow numbers are from AFR and the Trickflow numbers were from Trickflow
They are both under 28 inches of water pressure for testing but the pipe sizes were slightly different for the test.
The AFR's pipe is not listed and the TW's had a 2" pipe. On a side note, the AFR 225 test was done with a 1 7/8" pipe. So I would presume since they only noted the 225cc test, the 165, 185, 205cc test were done with the same pipe size, possibly a bit small for the 205cc AFR's. Just an idea...
It appears the differences between intake and exhaust could easily be 'made-up for' with certain cam specs...bias towards one side or the other.
