highspeed buffer and pad recomendations

as the title states im looking ofr some recomendations. i am fixing to paint my car myself and i also want to try to wet sand it and buff it myself to. but im trying to find a kit that has all the needed pads in it to complete this task and anyhelp would be appreciated.

we used a DA, which is just a air compressor powered disk grinder. i think we used just sand paper. im calling my friend im gonna find what grit we used and ill let you know.

thats for wetsanding. and you probably used 1000 grit to knock down the high spots then went to 2000 to get it ready to buff.
