I need help! Ignition problems

I did an efi swap in my 67 mustang. I have s-trim supercharger on a 331 stroker. I also have a msd 6al box with the msd/vortech boost controller module. When I went to start the car I was not getting any spark. so then I tried to bypass the ignition box then I started getting spark. Also for some reason when I move the distributor it cycles the fuel pump?? I have no Idea why this might be happening Anybody?
Thanks in advance,
Kyle

would sound like your msd box is bad if you bypass and it gets spark. The Distributor has a igintion module on it correct? if so alot of times that is how the computer knows which injectors should fire when it does so when you turn the distributor your injectors should click also

Yes, it does have an ignition module. Yes the injectors alson click.
So this is normal to be happening its not a wiring problem?

Also thanks for your help.

No this is not a wiring problem. This voltage being cycled through the igintion system from the computer very normal. If it doesnt click then I would be worried
