I purchased the Cobra from a co-owner of Baer brakes in May of 1997, and I have put all but 1700 miles on it. It has been garaged it's whole life and well taken care of. I have performed all the maintenance on it personally. Its been babied- I got 99,0000 miles out of the original clutch- and could have gotten more except for a rear main seal leak. Everything on the car works- it's like a new car. It runs like a new car- always has. It's been a wonderful relationship- I could not ask more from a car.
Be ready for some attention- everyone wants to know about it... After a year or so of being honest if it is the REAL pace car that was on the track, I just started making up stories. Quite entertaining.
