Exclamation 93 coupe cut out problem HELP!!!

Ok, could really use some help here. I have a stick shift 93 coupe and the problem that I am having is when I shift at high RPM under WOT the car looses all power after the shift and just bogs, almost like it runs out of fuel, but it does not stall(I am lifting off the throttle during the shift-no powershifting). Once it starts this, it will stay in this bogging state untill I lift off the fuel pedal. As soon as i lift off the pedal and apply throttle again it comes right back with full power instantly, like it never happened. It mostly occurs during the 2nd gear shift but I have had it happen when shifting into 3rd and 4th too. I can drive it around all over town, even getting on it a little here and there and the car runs fine. I can run it all the way to the rev limiter in each gear with no problem. Whatever it is, it only happens during the pedal lift and shift and only at high rpm WOT. I have changed and adjusted the TPS sensor, swapped the computer out with one from a friends car and checked everything else I could think of with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
