Meguiars Scratch-x?

I have some fine swirls in my clear coat that i wanna get rid of to give the paint a fresh look.

I was looking for some polish under the impression that was what i needed but now im not too sure. I was between two choices to take the swirls out at pep-boys. .. . nu-finish scratch remover or meguiars scratch-x.

I want to do the entire car and not just spot scratch removal. Is scratch-x safe to do the entire car as if i was waxing it, and then come through with a carnauba wax?

or , would you guys recommend the meguiars 3 step system that is available? i would probably just buy step 1 and 2 and then use any normal wax i already have for step 3.

Either way it'll work but it's going to be a lot of work by hand ...

Get a buffer and do it right. Trying by hand will take a lot of time and effort and it won't come out as well as it would with a buffer.

A buffer? I hope you don't mean a "Walmart" buffer. I'd rather detail by hand than use one of those.
