Car won't start after being garaged

Over the coarse of a few years I put together my project car (mods in sig) when money was available. During the end of the completion stage I had the car running consistantly but fairly rough due to no tune. I bought a tweecer system and fiddled around with it. Over time the the car sat idle for about 5 years only being started maybe once or twice with the first 2 years of sitting. Now owning my own house and garage to work in I decided to try and resurect this old beast. For the life of me I can't get the car to come alive again below is what I've done and any other info that might be helpful. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Prior to storage gas was emptied and small amount left in tank about 1/2gal had staybil in it.

When car was built I replaced almost every component related in the fuel, air, and spark area. New fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, ignition coil, air filter maf, injectors, air filter, oil filter, oil, coolant, etc all consumables and sensors.

Recently I replaced the battery cause after 5 years of sitting the optima red top was dead. I checked all the gounds (fender, block, firewall) and live red wires started and solenoid.

Battery has around 14.5v cross terminal, under cranking load hold 14.3v. Fuel pump activates for about 3-4 seconds during ignition on than turn turns off as it should.

Jumping starter screw to solenoid main coil wire generates a spark as does #5 spark plug while test starting.

checked that distributor was at the number 1 plug at TDC on the compression stroke. Even tried to flip it 180 out of phase just in case timing marks on blancer were wrong or if timing chain was mis aligned.

Car cranks but won't start up. Car started briefly during the first inial try last week. Pretty much reved to 2k sounded like crap, smelled like a alot of flooding going on and never came on again.

I reset the car back to the orignal A9L base tune, I've tried my own custom to to adjust for the larger 42lb injector and startup tables. I lowered the fuel pressure down to 32lbs and nothing will work kinda out of ideas.
