I don't believe that 97% number to be accurate. Source Please. Anyone who has looked at Obama's voting record knows he usually votes present, not for or against. That's the kind of voting record I can respect. A senator that won't make up his mind and vote for or against.
I think this may be my favorite thing Obama chose not to vote on.
