Okay, what I said may be technically contradictory but it's not at the level you wish it was or imply it is. It has been my experience that personal emails with colleagues can easily and quickly turn into business related emails. IOW, it's easy for me to rationalize the forward-all-state-email rule as the only effective way to keep herself
out of trouble, for lack of a better phrase. If there was a more effective method, I'd expect employers to punish employees who send and receive NSFW emails instead of just send.
