Basically the interviewer brings up some comments he and Obama have made, states how some are interpreting them, and asked for an explanation. Gotta love it how he tries to rewrite what has been said. He said, "Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy" and now he is saying that he meant who ever is elected will be tested. Obama did say that, "I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody" and now Biden says that they don't want to spread people's wealth around. And because of these questions the campaign is trying to punish the station. Quote:
Biden so disliked West's line of questioning that the Obama campaign canceled a WFTV interview with Jill Biden, the candidate's wife.
"This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election," wrote Laura K. McGinnis, Central Florida communications director for the Obama campaign.
McGinnis said the Biden cancellation was "a result of her husband's experience yesterday during the satellite interview with Barbara West."

WFTV news director Bob Jordan said, "When you get a shot to ask these candidates, you want to make the most of it. They usually give you five minutes."
Jordan said political campaigns in general pick and choose the stations they like. And stations often pose softball questions during the satellite interviews.
"Mr. Biden didn't like the questions," Jordan said. "We choose not to ask softball questions."

Here is the video of the same lady giving Mickey Mouse (no pun intended) questions to McCain. Video
One of the things that has bothered me so much about McCains campaign is that every time I hear him speak/interviewed, the subject matter is all about "Obama this" and "Obama that." The guy never tells me what he would do if elected.
If it weren't for going on to his campaign website and reading his plan, I'd never even know he had one.  |

Except for the fact that everytime OBAMA opens his mouth...it's "Bush this", and the "the Bush administration" that. 
At least Mccain has figured out that he's running against Barrack Obama and not Bill Clinton...  |

Oh wait wait wait. So McCain just suddenly blurted out "I am not Bush" for his health right!? Both parties know in order to win they need to distance themselves as much as possible from the Bush administration. Try again dude, that one was weak. |

I'm not sure how I'd feel if I was a democrate and lived in Florida. They seem to get shafted by that party. (was an independant while I lived there)  |

One night I told her I thought W was an idiot and she broke up with me.  Now that's loyalty.
I don't consider myself anything (Dem or Rep). This is actually the first time I am voting. |

Why it's not obvious why he said that just doesn't make sense to me. He obviously said that because the Obama campaign has relentlessly said," in the last eight years", "for the last eight years", and "because the Bush administration"... While he (McCain) is trying to distance himself from Bush, he blurted that little blurb because he was trying to illustrate they were running an ad campaign against Bush, who is not running in this election. McCain is. In essence, it was an invitation to re-engage MCCAIN, not Bush.
