and there-in lies the deceitful nature of politics.....you can throw around figures all you want and more often than not, each party uses the same set of information, just that it's skewed to reflect positively on their party...
I second this motion....I want too see some per-capita figures on this, because obviously CA and NY have populations that are 5X larger than some states!!! so naturally their numbers will be inflated.....
otherwise.....peanuts to F-16's ........makes NO sense...
