i know the KOEO & KOER test but how can i run engine balance test .
what exactly to do to enter this test

usually after you have ran the KOER test , when its done cycling thru the codes you can just blip the throttle quickly , dont go WOT , just barely tap it and let off really quick while its running and it will automatically go into the cylinder balance test at this point

this is the best code reader for the 95 and older cars , page 41 shows you how to do the cylinder balance test
