Can you spot my ride?????

Here is the Maryland Patriot Stang & Fords cruise I attended this past Sunday. It was a blast as we had 26 Stangs total hit the streets around Washington D.C. It is the first good look at my "new" ride!

I don't think so He spelled it that way in his posts as well... His first video from the cruise, he messed up very first thing by putting "monumets"

Nice kool! I'm so envious that you guys are already out cruising. I can't wait to retire and move to a place where I don't have to park my car for seven months a year.

So perhaps I shouldn't mention that it was in the upper 70s the day of the cruise...

start with the upper hole, and if more traction is needed, try the lower hole

I dont think it made it above 20* here yesterday. seeing you guys run around in tshirts made me jealous. i wonder if spring will ever get here. on the plus side, with the time change it is starting to feel more like spring/summer with more daylight.

nice upgrades. what was the reason for it? extra cash? i hope it was not another misfortune with road debris.

Heck yeah! I thought my car looked tough before! The reason??? Partly due to extra cash (not much...out of MY pocket ) It was not another misfortune with road debris...but the back wall of the body shop... They paid for rental vehicles for the entire time! They gave me a next to nothing price to repair my prior damage!
BTW, bigcat, that was the reason I no longer needed the SHR inserts. Quite surprised they were able to be reused!

Thanks! Since the body shop was at fault, they paid for nearly all the repairs! I bought the GT/CS rear bumper and Xenon side scoops myself. All I had to pay was the remaining balance of the cost of installing the side scoops and the layout and painting of the BOSS scheme. After all was said and done, I only paid $1100 (including my $250 deductable from the original claim to have the hood repaired) while the total bill was over $8000

I'm not going to give details, but I believe what actually happened was pedal mix up.

damn that sucks man.

bad enough damage to have to need a new quarter panel.

i've been working in a body shop now for almost two months now, sometimes with autos my big ass boots press both pedals at the same time a little bit. dunno if that was the problem in your case.

looks pretty sick though. i need to see more shots of the paint scheme on the hood.

I hate to laugh but because it seems to have worked out I will anyway.

Nice selection of parts Dawg! New photo shoot is definitely in order!

can you PM me the details of that? I am an ASE mater collision/paint tech and have never seen anything like that happen in a shop!

what was your reaction? or

i would have lost it! I am glad everything worked out to your advantage, but it sucks knowing that its been wrecked. was the 1/4 panel prior damage or part of the "wall"?
