Anyone have this funny issue?

Kinda funny.

Comes out right under the dash, and right above the chrome trim in the center.

Gotta find something small enough to wedge in there, friggin annoying!

Dash Vibration

Had to edit the sound for this; exhaust rumble and road noise drowned it out.

start with the upper hole, and if more traction is needed, try the lower hole

if i recall, it only takes a few minutes to pop out the cluster and surrounding trim. take it out piece by piece and see which one makes the rattle.

I may have to resort to that if i can't find something to wedge in there without it looking tacky.

try some closed cell foam. you can get a scrap piece from an upholstery shop, usually for nothing. it is usually black, so it would be hard to see.

i have several scrap pieces of different types of foam, just in case i get a rattle i want to take care of.

I've got the same intermittant rattle though not as bad as that. More noticable at night.
