Painting Rear Saleen Bumper

Hey everyone, I'm getting my Saleen body kit installed on my stang and I'm having an issue with the rear bumper, Ive noticed that out of the factory towards the bottom of the rear bumper is a blacked out section, I was wondering what specific color that is, matte black, just regular black paint with clear coat over it or something else. Here's a picture I got to show what I'm referring to. Thanks

I'm pretty sure that's ABS material (the normal black plastic that's used for almost everything in a car nowadays) for that insert. As far as I know, it's not painted at all, it's the color of the plastic material used. It's the same material that's used for the plastic engine bay bits (air box cover, etc).

You may have a hard time finding paint that sticks to it.

What exactly is your issue with it?
