96 97 98 cobra chime in !!!!

Well I ran the Cobra tonight at Iland raceway NJ .
I ran a best of 14.1 at 99 mph tonight > is that normal for a car with only a x-pipe and cat-back exhaust ? it was 80 degree's and mildly humid. the track was a little slippery.
whats your best time's and mods????

I found another site that had the stock numbers on it > 14.0 at 100 mph is the stock numbers > so I guess a mostly stock car with 105,000 miles on >it isn't so bad .

4.30's, tires, and a driver mod could get you a high 12.

Yeah 14.1 sounds about right. I have a few more miles on my 96 and I ran 14.1's and 14.0's all last year with a best of 13.9 @ 101 but my IMRC's were stuck shut and one of my O2's were shot. I haven't made it to the track yet this year but I'm hoping to see low 13's or high 12's depending on if I get my 4.30's put in and the subframe connectors that have been sitting in the shop for a year
