It has been done in the past by retail customers, however we recommend a Ford or ASE certified Tech. If you encountered any type of issue,which is rare, before or after installation, we could work quickly with the installer to correct it.
I will say we have the most comprehensive installation manuals for the supercharger kits with step by step diagrams with everything needed for installation.
