1st: horn and cruise control fuse keeps blowing, 25amp, any ideas where to look first???

2nd: This year was ALL about customizing my harley. Well since the car is garaged all winter it is getting all the attention next. I have had this car for almost 2 years now and it only has 72,000 miles on it.

Mods so far:
Centerforce dual friction clutch w/rebuilt tranny
KN air filter
3" x-pipe down to 2 1/2" w/glass packs (yeah I know lol).
Just had it dyno-tested yesterday 272 ft/lb torque and 292 hp at wheels.
Fuel-Air ratio kinda sucked.
My very first mod I want to do is either super-charger or twin-turbos (my biggest expense and I want to get it out of the way) i will spend up to $9000 for either option.

So folks....let me have it!!!!
