Exclamation Big problem have no idea what the problem is help?

Ok, I just bought this car a couple days ago.
I love it! But there is a problem...

When i put the key in the ignition and start up the engine
the blinkers ac and cooling fan will not work unless i play
with the key and get in the right spot, but lately i can not
find "that spot" I think there a shot somewhere idk what i need to replace..
I tried to replace the ignition cylinder and that didn't help at all!

PLEASE HELP!

Sounds to me like it is your ignition SWITCH, not cylinder.

Definitely the ignition switch. I used to have the exact same problem. I replaced in less than 20 minutes. Pretty straight forward.

i already replaced it though and nothing happened...
the previous owner said that he already changed it once and he was sure
it was the cylinder but i did replace it like i said and it didn't fix the problem
