I am getting code 31 and 83, both i think hae to do with the EGR. I took it off and cleaned it last night and also checked the voltage going to the EGR valve and has 5 volts. What should I check? There are two solenoids on the passenger shock tower that have something to do with EGR. Could they be bad? The car starts fine and runs 30 seconds then shuts off. It restarts then 30 seconds later shuts off. Please help. Thanks
