Bassani X-Pipe w/cats fit on a V6?

I am about to buy an X-pipe with the cats from bassani and need to know ASAP if it will fit a V6 engine. The guy just took it off his 02 GT and he doesn't know if it will fit a V6 or not. Any help asap would be greatly appreciated. Its a deal I can't pass up if it fits. Thanks.

Will it bolt-on? probably not. But with some welding and cutting, it should fit just fine. Any exhaust shop should be able to make it work. Stay away from the big shops like Midas, etc. They will bend you over on a install price. Stick to the "hole in the wall" mom and pop shops.
