PCV hose/tube in a '98 v6...Where to find replacement?

I need to replace the PCV system in my 98 v6. The rubber grommet and motorcraft valve parts are easy enough to find online, but I can't find a website or parts store that carries the hose/tube assembly that runs from the side of my CAI to the PCV valve. I've seen them for v8s of similar year but they don't connect to the same spot on the intake. My hose split when installing my CAI. Anyone know where to find the parts? OR, can I just use a generic silicone hose kit from like Mr. Gasket or something?

On my 96 3.8, the PCV valve is plugged in on the passenger side valve cover near the back. Part of the PCV assembly connects to the air intake hose, goes across and plugs into the drivers side valve cover. It's a 2 piece setup. I thought the 98's were the same. In any case, just replace the line with a piece of rubber hose. It won't look as clean as the original part (plastic) but it gets the job done. If you can get a nice looking sillicone hose, do that. Don't bother trying to get that part from Ford. They'll charge you your paycheck for that dumb piece.

Yeah thats how it is in the 98...I was just trying to explain it in my own words because my Chilton Manual says "On the 3.8 and 4.6 (SOHC), the PCV is on the right (passenger's) side valve cover" which seems contradictory (right passenger side? maybe from inside the car, and its wrong anyways for 3.8)...The hose does go from the air intake to the drivers side valve cover so that was just my bad trying to explain... I'll probably just get a silicone vacuum hose, just wanted to make sure it'd work well enough, Thanks!
