Repainting Strut Tower Brace
I bought a Strut Tower Brace off of E-Bay last year. I appears to be powdercoated silver. Right now I am getting a lot of rust showing through. I have polished several times and have decided that it needs to be painted. Can anyone suggest best prep and materials to paint over this surface?

Sand and then coat with POR-15.
