| | | My Current V6 Build *DUW*
Ok, so I took a good while to introduce myself here, so here I am!
Im John, going on 23 years old, going on 5 years in the USAF, from South Texas. I currently reside [and stationed] in Las Vegas at this current moment. Ive had my 2002 V6 since 04, and been trying to get it good to go since, and its very near completion. Right now the build is a 4.3L stroker from SSM with a Procharger P1SC. Within the next month or so, it should be ready to hit the track. Already guaranteed over 400 horses to the rear, I may need to buy some extra goodies to hit my 450rwhp goal.

did you get a cobra tank and is that fuel hat for it? thats a pretty sick hat. Upgraded wires too? I gotta upgrade my wiring to my fuel system |

How big of a motor did Tom Y. help you out with? You go the full 4.3L route? |

no i still have a 3.8l. with a .020 over bore. I dont think that i will go with a 4.2. The geometry on the 3.8 is so much better. Nobody has really tested the strength of the 3.8 crank so i guess ill have to be the first on to brake one! lol jk. I have a few more tricks up my sleeves that im gonna apply in the next year and try like hell to hit 9s |

so your gonna spin the p1 to 18psi? excuse my ignorance but isnt that a bit much for the small p1? I see you have the 3 core, but wont it be over spinning and creating more heat? Y not just go w a d1? less boost making more power.

Ouch, good eye on the 18psi. Im not gonna take it that high, no. The highest Ima go with the P1 is 15 pounds. I am, however, looking for a D1 to trade or swap before the build is complete. Yea, 18 psi on a P1 isnt going to do a single thing for me. |
