Centerforce cluth 6 month life span!?!?!?!

So this is what happened. about 6 months (9,000 miles) ago i had to replace my stock clutch after my supercharger ate it up. So i went with the CenterForce Dual Friction clutch. I was in love with the way it felt til about 3 weeks ago. SLIPPAGE, major F'in slippage. When this started i took it to a tranny shop to see if maybe there was another mechanical reason for the premature decline in performance. So i paid $100 for some guy to drive my car and tell me i needed a new clutch. DUH thats why im here. so i asked him if there was any other reason it could have gone so far. he looked at me like i wasnt speaking english. More pissed off. After that i called the shop that put in the center force and they are currently trying to get centerforce to honor a warranty but it doesnt look good. My stang has about 310 hp at the wheels and 340 or so at the flywheel. approx 330 ft. lbs of torque. had a couple of smalled things done since last dyno. Please help i dont know what could possibly cause this.
