my first svt

hay guys well to start im new to the cobra scene. i use to have a 1993 z28 camaro that i sold to buy my 1997 svt convertible cobra. i have a ton of ideas for the car but there are a lot of things im not sure about with the v4 engines. the biggest thing i have done with theses cobras is supercharging them. so i dont know anything else. Im looking to break high 11s with my cobra i got headers and flowmasters exhausts on it right know. Im not sure what type of blower i want to go with im going between a manga charger and a kennybell. i would like to know what you guys think about the two blowers im looking to run 10 psi with meth injection. The one thing i want to do and im not sure how to do is changing the cams on the v4 and what cams to use. what do you guys suggest? I will get some pictures up as soon as i get a new hard drive for my computer.

Long tube headers are a MUST , Full length sub frame connectors , gears 4:10/or 4:30's and a good x-pipe and cat back >drop springs are a must for me > YOU WOULD DO YOUR SELF A BIG FAVOR TO UP GRADE TO A AFTER MARKET SHIFTER IF THE CAR DOESN'T HAVE ONE ALREADY !!!!!!!! congrades on you first SVT nothing will be the same when you go car shopping from now on .

From what i here comp cams makes good blower cams for the 4v, and while you are that far i would have the heads ported and new valves ect.. at least thats what im planning on doing to mine. im running a procharger p1sc with a 12lb pulley and a safe tune with an SCT scanner. Guy i bought the car off said dyno'd at 502rwhp. As for the internals, mine are still together and im running a stock bottom end (knock on wood) but fr when the day comes that i fear somthing will happen i have a 03 cobra short block ready to go in, havent decided if i want to stay with the 01 alluminum block or the 03 cast block..... anyone have any suggestions for me?

I don't think I've heard of a Magna-Charger but I know Kenne Bell is a popular blower for these cars. I'm considering one for my 99 but I know alot of people prefer centrifugal blowers.

magna-charger dose a lot for chevys and some for fords i know they make a blower for the 2005 and up so i might be out of luck there. but i was talking to some of my friends and they said i should just cam the motor and port and polish the heads i really want to put about 500 to the flywheel and im not to worried about the motor theres only 4000 miles on the car. im going to be racing it in ohio for the Halloween classics next month so i got to pick what to do fast
