How to disable auto-dim rearview mirror

Hi, everyone.

Any idea to disable the auto-dim feature on rear view mirror?

Thanks to Rapid Spec., I had to take premium array in order to get a descent sound system for my 2010 GT.

Never had to deal with auto-dim rear view mirror in my previous GT's, now I find it rather annoying. Already made a contribution to my local PD because I failed to notice Uncle Leo pacing me in twilight.

Thought about putting in an old manual mirror, but I would lose Sync mic in the process.

Any suggestion is much appreciated.

What about just unplugging it?

The sync mics might be wired into the same plug. I'm not a fan of the auto dimming mirror either. I know on another vehicle I had that the auto dimming wouldn't work if the sensors on the mirror was blocked.
