Is this a good deal? Will this tuner work with an 08 GT?

I am newbie so If i posted this in the wrong spot I apologize.

It should work as long as the previous owner doesn't have the tuner locked to his or her car.

I bought it. He says that it is not locked however when I hooked it up it said wrong vehicle. Guess I need to get a different code for it?

Youll need to contact a dealer and get your own tune.
