I need wider rear rims does anyone run wider rims on there car?
will 24 back spacing bring the tire out to the lip of the finder > I'm wanting to up grade to 315/40/17 tire's I think there wide anuff
Wow, I didn't know of any brand that would lower a Mustang that much.
Have you considered wheel-spacers? I had a friend of mine lower his 04 GT and he used wheel-spacers. It looks pretty good but I guess I'm just gonna go get new rims for my setup.
ILAND DRAGWAY doesn't allow cars to race with wheel spacer's > plus I'd rather just get the wider rim's so I can run wider tires > I have a Cobra R bumper cover but am second guessing putting it on my cobra just don't know if it would look right
Aftermarket sites suggest 275/40-17 on the back with 10.5 inch rims, and 245/45-17 with 9 inch rims. That's what I have on my car and it has a good stance. 315's might fit on the back, don't know.
Chime in guys...
