In today’s ruling the judge made it clear he was not pleased with her response to his initial sanction of $10,000. Orly Taitz did not respond to our attempt to reach her.

I don't think she's going to appeal this case- she has opened another case in California where she filed a copy of the fake Kenyan certificate. That case won't be heard until next year though and she'll probably be dis-barred by then.

It isn't even worth speculating. All necessary documents have already been provided, there really is nothing to discuss. The people keeping this one alive are delusional.

Really? Could you link me to a copy of a real birth certificate like McCain had to provide? Or unlock any of the college records that 0 has spent tremendous money to keep secret? In fact, what documents are you referring to? the certificate of live birth that wouldn't even be allowed to get my nephew into Little League?

The state department and every member of the senate is satisfied with the COLB submitted when Obama started his campaign. If you want more proof you'll have to contact your representative and make a better case than the handful of loonies before you.

I heard tell it was a Kalifonia judge that tossed it out.

Since the "COF" is real and valid please explain why his fathers race is listed as African? I mean since when is "African" a race?
Keep in mind this was 1961, way before the recent pc movement. So the race would have been filled in as "Negro" .

and secondly.

Notice on Obama's official site, his birth certificate says OHBM 1.1 in the lower left corner.

The original document displayed on the Daily KOS website says OHSM 1.1 in the lower left corner.

The million dollar question is: If the Daily KOS document was supplied by a Obama campaign staffer, as was reported, then how on earth can these two documents differ?

There may be a Hawaiian state agency or department with the initials 'OHBM', but I'm not aware of any.

The agency that you request a copy of a birth certificate from is the 'Office of Health Status Monitoring', OHSM.

I'm a Printer, and I worked for a guy once who was from Armenia. His birth certificate said "colored". He had us change it to Caucasian. It wasn't very hard to do...and no one could tell it was doctored unless they were an expert with special equipment to really examine it closely.
