Supercharger?

When adding a supercharger, what else do you need to add to make sure the car can handle the added power? I am new to the supercharger scene. Any help would be great! Tips on what supercharger to go with, places to get them from, and what I am really getting myself into.. Thanks again guys!

The power level you are looking for will determine what parts might need upgrading, basically when you start approaching 500 hp at the flywheel is when will be pushing the bottom end of the motor, the fuel system and the clutch. Your driving style will also be a factor, obviously if you are going to drag race the car with slicks or drag radials it will be harder on the clutch. There are people that have over 500 rwhp with a stock bottom end, and there are people that have blown it up with less. It depends on the tune and some degree of luck.
You will have to give a budget and what your goals are for people to recommend a particular supercharger. The most popular are twin screw (Saleen, Kenne Bell and Whipple), Roots (Roush with the M90 and TVS, and Edlebrock which is also a TVS), and centrifugal (Paxton, Vortech).
Let us know what you are looking for and we can give more advice.

You should look through old threads to get an idea of what people are doing on their cars.
