91 was the first year for the DIS wasnt it? DIS module would be my guess. be prepared to spend abou 150 bones on a new one.

Did pull codes threw codes for the EGR not opening, MAP sensor, And TPS voltage not correct any of those sound like they cause the problem?

Whats the best way to check for a possible bad vaccum line because i heard it is most likely a vaccum line and not the sensor any ideas. because i hear a noise like sucking air on the driver side of the car.

spray some wd-40 around the area. a vacuum leak will suck that in and you will hear a spike in the throttle.
