GF has the 1K Shaker in her 2007 GT convertible and does not like how much room it takes up in the trunk. Saw a thread where someone took the trunk speakers out. Can this be done by just unbolting and unplugging? If not, what needs to be done? By the way, we never have the boomer on so we'll never miss it.

Not sure on if the 05+ car are the same as sn95s i would ask someone in the s197 forum.
