What it looked like new.
History Produced at the Detroit plant with Atlanta DSO. Exterior is Black with Chamois half-vinyl roof, Chamois pin stripes, and Chamois centered aluminum cast wire wheels.

Interior is Chamois with Sport Group black engine-turned dash. Came with FM radio, AC, power brakes, but non-power steering.

Engine is 2.3L with 4 speed. Suspension came with swaybars front and rear.

Kind of an odd little package for a Ghia!
Exterior
Needs paint and new vinyl roof!
Interior
White face Guage kit for factory guages. New carpet. Rewebbed seat belts. Purchased 1986 Mustang GT seats to be recovered to match factory interior. Purchased a dash pod for 2 guages and 2 white face guages to match, not yet installed.
In-Car Entertainment
Added FM stereo 8-Track from another MII.
Under the Hood
Ranger roller cam, Ranger shorty header, Offenhouser 4 bbl dual plane intake, Holley 390 CFM 4 bbl carb, Ford aluminum cam cover, Ford Motorsports Duraspark ignition box and coil. Everything purchased but not yet installed.
Suspension
Polyurethane bushings. KYB adjustable shocks. Front springs cut 1/2 coil for 1" drop. Rear spring mounts redrilled for a 1" drop.
Wheels and Tires
15" x 7" cast wire aluminum wheels.
