Is the cable you bought adjustable at the trans. If its not then pull up on the pedal . The self adjuster will make a clicking noise. Keep pulling up until it stops clicking.

the cable i bought isn't adjustable from the trans. i tired pulling the pedal but i don't here a clicking noise at all???

What you are experiencing is the factory Plastic Clutch Quadrant being out of adjustment. IT is 2 pieces of Plastic and designed to self adjust as needed. It works, however not as good as possible. Hence the large amount of aftermarket Quadrant kits available.

Very important to get this issue addressed before continuing to drive. An out of adjusted clutch can go bad quickly and also possibly cause internal transmission damage.

Double check your install. Make sure your cable is routed right and did you match the new cable up with the old one as far as length. Or they could of sold you the wrong one. Check to see if your self adjuster is not broke.

do you know a website imperticuler that i could find one??

Pull up on the pedal. You said that you tried that and the pedal didnt do anything. It almost sounds like the plastic quadraint is broke or wore out. Summit sells a new quadrant. They also sell a firewall adjuster.

Did you disengage the quad/pawl as you installed the old cable? Sometimes you have to mechanically divorce the quad/pawl (pulling the pedal doesnt do it). You get up under the dash to do this.

The adjustment can be off because it was adjusted for your old stretched cable. The new cable is shorter so it engages/disengages closer to the top of the pedal travel.
