'68 Sheetmetal Question

does anyone know if the sheetmetal shape for the first 4" or so on 68 coupes and f.b., beginning at the rear door jamb back are the same? i don't want to have to buy a 1/4 pnl., but can only find coupe patch pnl. for that area at the parts suppliers. hope that first sentence made sense. thanks for your help

it did, the coupe quarter is different from the fast back ,but it is more towards the middle .the fast back arches up slightly in the middle from the coupe . been there done that. i think you will actualy find it easier to replace the whole thing though. much less welding and body work after.
